# How SwipeTrash works

## 1. Request pickup

Download the app or use the website. Choose one-time or recurring pickups, pick a date and time, specify waste type and amount, and add locations if needed. Same-day pickup is available when capacity allows.

## 2. We collect

A professional collector is dispatched to your location. You get real-time tracking and notifications when they are on the way. Collectors are trained and insured and sort waste for proper disposal.

## 3. Relax and enjoy

You receive confirmation after pickup. Waste is disposed of or recycled. Track history, environmental impact, and billing in your account.

## Hours

Pickups run 7 days a week, 6 AM to 10 PM (Ghana time). You can submit a request in the app at any time.
