**Are there hidden fees?**
No. You pay for the volume collected at each pickup.

**On-demand vs scheduled?**

**Can I skip a scheduled pickup?**
Yes. Adjust days or skip a pickup. You only pay for pickups performed.

**Refunds?**
Cancellations more than 24 hours before the scheduled time. Refunds in 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
