The price shown at checkout is what you pay for that pickup. No monthly plan or setup fee. Emergency pickups outside scheduled hours may include an extra fee shown before you confirm. Cancelling more than 24 hours ahead has no cancellation fee; cancelling later may not be refunded. See the Terms.

You pay based on the current volume we collect at each pickup. No fixed monthly plans—only pay for what we actually pick up. Pricing starts from GH₵10 per pickup depending on volume.

Paystack processes cards and mobile money. Cash may be available in the app. We do not store complete card numbers.

On-demand: request a pickup whenever you need it. Scheduled: set your preferred pickup days and we come on that schedule. Both are pay-per-pickup based on volume—no subscription or monthly commitment.

Yes. Skip an occurrence or adjust days in the app. You only pay for pickups performed. Cancel more than 24 hours ahead for a refund of a prepaid booking; later cancellations may not be refunded. See the Terms.

Yes, if you cancel a paid booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled time. Refunds go to the original method within 5–7 business days. Same-day or inside 24 hours: contact support; we may decline a refund if a collector is already assigned. See the Terms.
