By accessing or using the SwipeTrash website, mobile application, and related services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Service
SwipeTrash connects customers who need waste collection with collectors who perform pickups. The Service includes scheduling pickups, managing locations and bin types, payments, and communication between users and collectors. We do not guarantee availability in all areas or at all times.
3. Account and Eligibility
You must provide accurate information when registering and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to harass others, provide false information, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
5. Scheduling and Cancellation
Pickups are subject to the cancellation policy stated in the app. SwipeTrash and collectors may cancel or reschedule when necessary; we will notify you and handle refunds according to our policy.
6. Payments
Fees are shown before you confirm. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. Refunds follow our refund policy; chargebacks may result in account suspension.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its content are owned by SwipeTrash or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwipeTrash shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim.
